Welcome to GastonChess.com!
The Gaston Chess Club meets at the Citizen’s Resource Center at 1303 Dallas Cherryville Hwy, Dallas, NC 28034 every Tuesday night (year round) from 6pm to 8pm. Our group consists of all ages and skill levels, and there is no fee to play. Gaston County does supply some chess boards but feel free to bring your own. Some of the more advanced players are always happy to help and instruct beginners. We share pictures and more event information on our facebook page. See you there!

My name is Ramsey Stiles and I have been an avid chess player since learning the game in third grade. I am now an upcoming senior in the engineering program at Highland School of Technology in Gastonia, NC. I am a past president of the Blue Moon Chess Club sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America.
My goal for GastonChess.com is to bring together like-minded people of all ages for the love of the game. I enjoy teaching those new to the game as well as competing against all skill levels.
